Immunization Information
The University is committed to the health, safety and well-being of all students, faculty and staff. Vaccine-preventable diseases pose a significant threat to the public health of the campus community. The American College Health Association (ACHA) strongly supports the use of vaccines to protect the health of our individual students and our campus communities consistent with recommendations of the ACHA Vaccine Preventable Diseases Advisory Committee, and the Advisory Committee on Immunizations Practices (ACIP) recommendations published by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All entering first year and transfer students must disclose their current immunization status and/or demonstrate proof of immunization against the diseases listed on º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½â€™s Immunization form.
